Washington, D.C. is a vibrant city with a growing pickleball community. While there aren't as many dedicated pickleball facilities compared to some other cities, there are several places where you can play pickleball in the Washington, D.C. area. Here are some pickleball hotspots in and around Washington, D.C.:
Kraken Kourt: Situated in Rhode Island Ave NE, Kraken has 14 courts, private cabanas, great food and drinks. This is the perfect place if you want to meet other folks excited about playing pickleball.
East Potomac Park Tennis Center: Located on Ohio Drive SW, this facility offers pickleball courts that are open to the public. The courts are well-maintained and have a beautiful waterfront location.
Glover-Archbold Park: This park, located in Northwest D.C., features several outdoor pickleball courts. The courts are free to use, but availability may vary, so it's best to check the park's website or contact the D.C. Parks and Recreation department for more information.
