What's Blossoming in the Season of New Beginnings?  

March is the perfect time to get an early start on the spring buying season!  Here are the latest trends for the Washington, DC market. 

This month so far, the median list price is $570,000, down from February’s median list price of $629,450.  Because of lower inventories, sellers will still have a bit of an advantage moving forward.  Buyers, with Tracey Barnett as your agent, we can make sure your offer is most competitive!   

Overall, the market is heating up this month.  With 701 new listings,1552 active or coming soon listings, and 501 closings, the Washington, DC market is sitting at 1.5 months of available inventory.  Sellers, with many ready buyers and inventory at a record low, now is not the time to get cold feet!
